General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

1.1 These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by the client via the mycheckin.ch online shop of the checkin AG.

1.2 By placing the order via mycheckin.ch, the client agrees to the GTC. The order will be invoiced after successful testing on site in the checkin AG.

2. Offer

All information regarding the analysis offer, which the client receives during the ordering process, is non-binding. In particular, changes in design and errors in description, illustration and pricing are reserved. The indicated prices are incl. value added tax.

3. Information on findings

The client determines the delivery of the findings (details on order form). This can be done by telephone, e-mail, on-site collection or by post (exceptions). The invoice is to be paid in cash (credit cards are accepted).

The client agrees to be in agreement with the transmission of the findings as indicated by him on the order form.

The client is familiar with the risks concerning e-mail transmission as well as postal delivery.

The check in AG assumes no liability for incorrectly provided email addresses or lost mail.

4. Liability

Order processing and analysis are carried out according to current standards and guidelines. Nevertheless, incorrect determinations can occur. No liability can be accepted for incorrect results and the resulting consequences.

5. Intellectual property

The check in AG reserves all rights to every design, text and graphic on its website. Copying or any other reproduction of the entire website or parts of this website is only permitted for the purpose of placing an order with the check in AG. All other trademarks, product names or company names or logos cited on this website are the sole property of check in AG. The express written consent of check in AG is required before passing them on to third parties.

6. Data protection

The checkin AG assures to observe the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and the relevant legal standards when collecting, processing and using personal data. A transfer to third party partner companies only takes place for the proper provision of services (order processing) as far as it is necessary. The client agrees to this use of his data.

7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

The provisions of Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for all claims in connection with the order is Zurich. The check in AG is also entitled to sue at the place of jurisdiction of the client.

8. Validity

Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

9. Final provisions

Changes to these GTCs by the checkin AG may be made at any time. Please consult this statement regularly.

10. Legal notice

The content may not be distributed, published, modified, reused, resent or used for public or commercial purposes without written permission. The checkin AG cannot guarantee or be held liable for the accuracy or completeness of the website and excludes any liability for incomplete or incorrect content.
